About the event
She Rises with the Tide is an empowering weekend retreat, specifically designed for women beyond 40, who are ready to reclaim their inner power, wisdom, and wild feminine knowing. This three-day journey gently guides you back home to yourself through embodiment, storytelling, ritual, and sisterhood.
From the moment you arrive, you’re held in a nurturing space of warmth, beauty, and intentional care. The retreat begins with soft landings—soulful sips, gentle movement, and a sacred opening circle to awaken the part of you that’s ready to rise.
As it is with the tides of each day, we will explore the transition that we take from Maiden to Mother to Wise Woman. Through stories, journaling, time in nature and meditation, we will guide you to release old narratives, feel your inner knowing once more, and remember what it means to live in tune with our feminine rhythms.
