Refund Policy

At Wise Women Retreats, we understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. We’re committed to being both compassionate and clear when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please read the following carefully so you feel fully informed before booking your sacred space with us.

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the retreat start date
    You will receive a full refund, less a $150 non-refundable admin fee.

  • Cancellations between 14–30 days before the retreat
    You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Cancellations less than 14 days before the retreat
    Due to the nature of our small group sizes and upfront venue costs, no refund is available. However, you may transfer your place to another woman with prior notice and approval.

Cancellation by Wise Women Retreats

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facilitator illness or natural disaster), you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future retreat.

Special Considerations

We know that personal circumstances can shift suddenly, especially during midlife. If an emergency or serious health issue arises, please contact us at info@wisewomenretreats.com.au. We will do our best to find a compassionate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Travel & Accommodation Responsibility

Wise Women Retreats is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs associated with your participation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers retreats and wellness events.
